THE STUDIO
The Studio’S s classes range in diversity from body-weight based workouts like the AA HIIT, to TRX Circuit along with Yoga, Pilates, Brazilian Butt, and our special classes: Boxing and Pole Fitness. Class attendance is only by booking in order to control class capacity and give full comfort to all.
