The lab
This is where members are pampered, and where the trainer’s focus is higher on the participants. Customized programs in the form of Private training, one on one or one-on-two for those who prefer a more private room, without seeing or being seen. Also, Specialized semi-private training sessions for 4 or 5 people who have a goal they’re working towards: from weight training, to bodyweight training, to working on your flexibility or even on your posture.
